Scheduler
Auto-schedule
An auto-schedule posts for you: at each posting time (a slot), it takes the best finished clip or template render that passes your conditions and posts it on your accounts. You set it up once; new clips are picked up as they finish.
Make an auto-schedule
In the Scheduler, open Auto-schedule and press New auto-schedule. The steps are Source, Accounts, Cadence, Conditions and Review.
Source
| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| Name | What the calendar calls it (Auto · Daily shorts). |
| Posts | Clipper clips or Template renders (from ). |
| From | Every run, future ones too, or Picked ones. |
| Post title, Caption | The text of each post. {{video.title}} is the render's name. |
The step counts what's ready: 12 ready to post now.
Accounts
Publish to: pick accounts. Where an account takes several formats, Only some aspect ratios to (account · format) limits which ratios go there (pick at least one).
Cadence
| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| Days | Weekdays to post on (none picked = every day). |
| Posting hours | One or more times; Add time and Remove time. In the workspace's timezone. |
| Frequency | Every day, Every 2 days… |
| Start | The first day. |
| Each slot takes | Best score first, Newest first, Oldest first or Random. |
Conditions
Rules a video must pass before a slot posts it, such as At most 1 post a day or Only clips scoring 7+. See .
Review
The source, 2 accounts, and the Next slots it will fill. Press Save.
Manage auto-schedules
Each auto-schedule shows Active (switch it off to pause), Next: tomorrow 15:00, Edit and delete. Deleting keeps the posts it already made.
When a slot posts nothing, it says why:
| Reason | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Last slot missed (service was down) | The slot time passed while publishing was down. |
| Last slot skipped: no engine answered | The video servers didn't answer. |
| Last slot skipped: no finished video | Nothing ready to post. |
| Last slot skipped: no video passed the conditions | Every video failed a condition. |
| Last slot skipped: the workspace is locked | The workspace's plan or payment needs attention. |
| Last slot skipped: the post could not be made | Creating the post failed. |
FAQ
Will an auto-schedule post the same clip twice?

Can I mix manual posts with an auto-schedule?
Yes. Add No manual post that day to skip days you already posted by hand.
Can the AI set this up?
Yes. On the Conditions step, Set up with AI turns your words into conditions (Undo AI change reverts it), and the can make whole auto-schedules.
