AI
Memory and instructions
The AI reads three things on top of your message: your own instructions (about you, in every workspace), the workspace's instructions (how content is made there), and what it remembered. Your chat message always comes first; a workspace's instructions decide what gets made there; your own decide how the AI answers you.
Your instructions
User menu › AI: memory and instructions. Only you see these.
| Field | Example |
|---|---|
| What should the AI call you? | Ghol |
| About you | I run a coffee shop channel and post three Shorts a week. |
| How should the AI answer you? | Answer in Indonesian, short and casual. Show me the plan before spending credits. |
Memory lists what the AI remembered about you, in every workspace. Use my memory in chats and Let the AI remember new things about me switch it on or off.
The workspace's instructions
Workspace settings › AI (see ). Every member's AI chat in this workspace reads these.
| Field | Example |
|---|---|
| What is this workspace? | Kopi Senja: a coffee shop's YouTube channel for young adults in Jakarta. |
| How is content made here? | YouTube Shorts, 45–60 s. Hook in the first 2 s. Captions Rise Up, voice Nova, palette #0F172A #F97316. |
Shared memory lists what the AI remembered for the workspace. Use the shared memory in chats and Let the AI remember things for this workspace switch it on or off.
How remembering works
When the AI saves something, the chat says Remembered for you: prefers 9:16 (or for this workspace), with Undo and Manage. It can also change or forget an item.
Each memory has a size budget (820 of 2000 characters used). Remove deletes one item, Delete all clears everything (no undo). Deleting a memory doesn't delete the chat it came from.
FAQ
Can other members see my memory?
No. Your profile and memory are yours. The workspace's shared memory is visible to its members' chats.
The AI keeps using an old preference. What do I do?
Open Manage, remove the item, or tell the AI in the chat to forget it.
