Clipper results
Every run shows up in the Clipper's results list, with its live status while it works and its clips once they're ready. This page explains the run status, every action on a clip card, and the run's own tools: refine, manual clips, transcripts and downloads.
The results list
The list under the Clipper shows each run with its thumbnail, title, clip count and status. Tick runs (or Select all on this page) and use Actions to Delete several at once; running clippers are skipped until you stop them. Click a run to open it.
Run status
| Status | Meaning |

| Pending · Queued 2/3 | Waiting for a slot. Your plan runs 1 clipper at a time, or Waiting for a free server slot. |
| Initializing | Preparing your video for processing. |
| Downloading | Bringing the source into the workspace, with size, speed and ETA. |
| Transcribing | Listening to your video, turning the conversation into a transcript. |
| Analyzing | The AI works in steps: Analyzing the video, Finding the moments, Editing the clips, Ranking the clips, Picking the clips, Cutting the clips. |
| Generated · Rendering | The clips are cut and rendering; each appears as soon as it's done. |
| Completed | Every clip is ready. |
| Failed | Something went wrong; open Logs to see where. |
Each clip has its own status too: Waiting, Creating Hook Sound, Analyzing Scenes, Analyze Completed, Completed, Skipped or Failed.
You can close the page while a run works: we email you when your clips are ready.
A run's toolbar

A clip card
A card plays the clip and shows its title, length, Score and badges. Details (Why this clip) explains the pick, shows From the video (the range) and the Score Breakdown: Virality, Engagement and Clarity.

| Scenes | See each scene's time in the video (read-only), its dialogue, framing and voice-over; change a scene's Scene layout, and the clip rebuilds. |

| Thumbnail | Pick a frame, type a title for it (empty for none), Download thumbnail. |
| Captions | Copy the Title, Caption, Hashtags and Description for TikTok, Reels or Shorts. |
| Send | Copy the caption, then download and post. |
| Copy link | A public page where anyone can watch the clip and leave a review. Stop link turns it off. |
Reviews on a shared link
Anyone with a clip's public link can comment at the moment the video is paused on, Approve it or Request changes. The card shows In review · 2, Approved or Changes · 1.
Refine
Refine asks for other moments from the same video: e.g. Moments where they talk about pricing. The video is already transcribed, so a refine costs a fifth of a new run. The new clips join the list.
Manual clip
Manual clip opens the transcript: click where the clip starts, then where it ends, give it a Clip title, and press Make the clip (3 seconds to 3 minutes). No AI, no credits.
Remove the watermark
Clips made before your workspace bought credits carry the Rewivo watermark. Once it has bought credits, Remove watermark rebuilds the run's clips without it, free.
FAQ
Why does my run say Refunded?
The tokens charged for it were given back (each charge is refunded once). The run keeps whatever clips it made.
Can I change a clip's captions?
Yes. Open Edit › Video and change them in the editor. See .
Does deleting a run delete its scheduled posts?
You choose: the delete dialog offers Also delete the scheduled posts.
