Credits and plans
Rewivo runs on credits: one credit clips about one minute of source video. A plan unlocks features, more workspaces and seats, more storage and a lower credit price. Credits and plans belong to a workspace; members of a team's workspace use its owner's credits.
Credits

The sidebar shows 250 credits left. Top up in the user menu buys more: pick an amount and Continue to payment. Only billing managers can buy credits in a workspace.
The watermark
Clips made in a workspace that hasn't bought credits carry the Rewivo watermark. Buy any amount, then Remove watermark on a run rebuilds its clips without it, free.
Plans
My Subscription (user menu) shows the plans and what each includes:
- Seats, and credits per month
- Hook voice-overs
- Export resolution and frame rate
- Storage
- Templates, External API, Audit log
Pick a billing period (Monthly, Yearly…, with Save 20%), then Choose Pro and pay. Some plans offer a free trial (Start 7-day free trial).
Add-ons
Buy an add-on: Extra seats or Extra storage, monthly, up to a limit per plan. Bought mid-period, an add-on is priced for the rest of the period and renews with the plan. Remove ends it at once, no refund.
Renewals
A plan renews each period. If a renewal isn't paid, a banner says Your plan's renewal is unpaid: Pay renewal to keep its features (members ask a billing manager).
Cancel
Cancel asks why, then confirms. You keep access until the period ends. After that:
- Clips and projects you already made stay.
- New clips get the Rewivo watermark, and new runs are deleted after 7 days.
- Scheduled posts still go out.
- Extra seats and storage end with the plan.
Resume renewal undoes a cancel before the period ends.
Invoices and payment
Every payment makes an invoice: user menu › Invoices, or the workspace's Invoices page. Pay Now pays an open one; View opens it to print or save as PDF. Payment methods depend on your country and currency.
FAQ
Do unused monthly credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits follow the plan's period; bought credits never expire.
Can a team share my credits?
Yes. Invite them into your workspace; what they make there uses the workspace's credits.
Is there a refund for a failed run?
A run's charge can be refunded; the run then shows Refunded. Contact us if a run went wrong.
