Account and billing
My account
Your account is you: your sign-in, phone, email, connected Google and Facebook accounts and notification choices. Everything you make belongs to a workspace, not to your account. Open these pages from the user menu (top right).
Sign in and sign up
You sign up and sign in with your email, your phone (a code by WhatsApp or SMS), Google or Facebook (Continue with Facebook). Forgot your password? Reset it by email or phone code.
Phone Number
Verify a number to sign in and reset your password by WhatsApp or SMS.
- Type the Phone number with its country code (a number starting with 0 counts as Indonesian, +62).
- Press Send code by WhatsApp (or SMS).
- Enter the code we sent and press Verify. Resend code comes back after a short wait; Use another number starts over.
Remove takes the number off. Changing your phone or email first asks you to Confirm it's you with your password or a code (the code expires in 30 minutes).
Add an email to get receipts and notifications, and a second way to reset your password. Type it, Send code, enter the code and Verify.
Connected Accounts
Link your Google account for one-click sign-in, or Disconnect it. You must set a password before disconnecting Google.
Link Facebook the same way with Connect Facebook. Facebook signs you into the account that has the same email. You can Disconnect it once you have a password or Google.
Notifications
Choose what reaches you In app, by Email and by WhatsApp (or SMS):

Billing and account emails (receipts, security) always go out. Every email has an unsubscribe link for its category.

FAQ
I don't get the WhatsApp code.
Check the country code and that the number uses WhatsApp, then Resend code. You can also sign in by email.
Can I change my email?
Yes. Confirm it's you, then add the new email and verify it with its code.
