Platforms
Platform is where you connect your social accounts once, so every Rewivo feature (the Scheduler, auto-schedules, the AI) can publish to them. Rewivo supports twelve platforms.

Each account shows the formats it takes, the video lengths and how many files per post it accepts.
Connect an account
- Open Platform from the sidebar.
- Under Add a platform, press Connect on one.
- Sign in on the platform and allow Rewivo. If the login has several accounts or pages, Choose accounts and Connect selected.
Instagram connects through Facebook: sign in with the Facebook account that manages the Page your Instagram professional (Business or Creator) account is linked to. Every linked Instagram account of the Pages you allow is added.
Two platforms connect without a sign-in page:
- Bluesky: your Handle or email and an App password from Settings → Privacy and Security → App Passwords. Never use your main password.
- Telegram: create a bot with @BotFather, add it as an administrator of your channel, then paste its Bot token and the Channel (@username or numeric ID).
Account status

| Expired | The platform's sign-in ran out. Reconnect. |
| Revoked | Access was taken away on the platform. Reconnect. |
Temporarily under maintenance means Rewivo paused that platform for a while.
Preferences
Preferences on an account sets the defaults used whenever you publish to it. They differ per platform, for example:

Press Save preferences. You can still change them per post.
Disconnect
Disconnect removes the account: pending posts to it will fail.
FAQ
Can I connect several accounts of the same platform?
Yes. Connect each one; they all show under Connected accounts.
Who in my workspace can post to my connected accounts?
Accounts belong to the workspace, so members with publishing permissions can post to them. See .
How do I delete the data Rewivo has from Facebook, Instagram or Threads?
Disconnect the account here; Rewivo deletes it and its token. Removing Rewivo in the platform's own settings (Facebook Apps and websites or Business integrations, Instagram or Threads Website permissions) deletes the token and marks the account Revoked. Step-by-step instructions are on the .
