Scheduler
The Scheduler plans, publishes and tracks every post in one calendar. You pick finished clips, Drive files or just text, the accounts to post to and a time; Rewivo publishes on its own and shows each post's status. For hands-off posting, add an auto-schedule.
Before your first post, connect your accounts in Platform. See Platforms.
The calendar

The header counts Pending posts and Published (24h). A day shows 3 posts and +2 more; posts made by an auto-schedule are marked Auto · Daily shorts.
Post statuses

| Publishing · Processing | Uploading, or the platform is processing it. |
| Published | Live on every account. |
| Partly published | Live on some accounts, failed on others. |
| Failed | Didn't go out; retrying 14:05 when a retry is planned. |
| Cancelled | Stopped before it went out. |
Make a post
New post opens a stepper: Clips, Accounts, Content, Timing, Review.
- Clips: pick a source:
- Clipper: rendered clips (search, Score 8).
- Drive: images or videos. Each file becomes its own post, or turn on Put all files in one post (carousel) to post them together.
- Text: a post without media, written in the Content step.
- Accounts: pick where to publish. Each account shows whether it can take this post: Needs a 3–60s video, Doesn't accept this media type, Takes 2–10 files, Reconnect needed or Under maintenance. Some platforms let you pick a format (Short, Reel, Story, Carousel, Text…).
- Content: Title, Caption, Description, Hashtags and First comment. With several clips selected, each keeps its own text and your changes apply to all. Per-platform options (privacy, who can reply, cover frame…) come from the account's .
- Timing: At a specific time (with Best times suggestions) or Publish now. Delay after the post time (minutes) spaces accounts apart.
- Review: every post (Remove drops one), the accounts, +15 min delays and When. Press Schedule (or Publish now).
Edit a post
Click a post to open Scheduled post: change When, the Title, Caption, Description and First comment, then Save. Retry failed retries the accounts that failed, Publish now sends it at once, View post opens it on the platform, Delete post removes it from the calendar (anything already published stays on the platforms). A post that is publishing right now can't be edited.
Bulk actions
Press Select, tick posts (or Select all), and pick:
- Publish now or Retry.
- Shift by +1 hour, +1 day, +1 week, −1 hour or −1 day.
- Delete (published posts stay on their platforms).
Done finishes: 5 posts updated.
FAQ
Which platforms take a carousel or a text-only post?
A carousel (several files in one post) goes to Instagram Carousel (2–10 images or videos), Facebook Post (1–10 photos) and TikTok Photo (up to 35 images). A text-only post goes to Facebook Text, with an optional link. Other formats are disabled in Accounts when they can't take the post.
What happens if I disconnect an account with pending posts?
Pending posts to that account will fail. Reconnect it before their time, or move them to another account.
Does deleting a post delete it from TikTok or YouTube?
No. Deleting only removes it from the Scheduler.
Why is publishing paused?
Publishing is paused for maintenance — scheduled posts will go out once it ends. Nothing is lost; posts go out when maintenance ends.
