By accessing or using Rewivo ("the Platform", "our Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and premium subscribers. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Rewivo is a video automation platform that provides:
- Bulk video rendering and automation tools
- Video template creation and management
- Social media content downloading and integration
- Video editing and customization features
- Cloud storage for video projects and assets
- Analytics and project management tools
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including maintenance, updates, or service improvements.
Account Creation
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches
Account Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we deem harmful to the Platform or other users.
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Uploading, creating, or distributing illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene content
- Infringing on intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights
- Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or other users' accounts
- Distributing viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform
- Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) without our explicit written permission
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from our Platform
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing our services without authorization
- Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Our Content
All content, features, functionality, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks on the Platform are owned by Rewivo or our licensors. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without our express written permission.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload, create, or store on the Platform ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide our services
- Create backups and ensure service functionality
- Generate previews, thumbnails, and derivative works for platform features
You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any User Content you upload, and that such content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
Paid Subscriptions
We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, etc.) and are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in our refund policy.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate unless you cancel your subscription.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. We will provide advance notice of price changes, and changes will take effect at your next billing cycle. Your continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period.
Taxes
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and other governmental charges. You are responsible for paying all such taxes, and we may collect them from you.
Your subscription plan includes specific usage limits for storage, rendering, bandwidth, and other resources. We enforce fair use policies to ensure service quality for all users. Excessive usage that impacts service performance or availability may result in:
- Temporary throttling or rate limiting
- Requests to upgrade to a higher-tier plan
- Additional usage charges beyond included limits
- Account suspension for extreme or abusive usage patterns
Our Platform may integrate with or provide access to third-party services, websites, or content (such as social media platforms, payment processors, and analytics services). We are not responsible for:
- The availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services
- Terms, conditions, or privacy policies of third parties
- Your interactions with third parties through our Platform
Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We recommend reviewing those terms before using any third-party services through our Platform.
While we implement industry-standard security measures and maintain regular backups, we cannot guarantee complete data security or perfect system availability. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining your own backups of critical content
- Implementing appropriate security measures for your account
- Protecting sensitive or confidential information
We are not liable for any loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to your data resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service
- Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, or completeness of content
We do not warrant that the Platform will meet your requirements or that any errors will be corrected. You use the Platform at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REWIVO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions, delays, or unavailability
- Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Third-party conduct or content
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rewivo and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
- Your User Content or any infringement of third-party rights
- Your breach of any representations or warranties
- Any dispute between you and other users
Informal Resolution
Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to contact us first and attempt to resolve the matter informally. We will attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rewivo regarding your use of the Platform.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
No waiver of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without restriction.
