Meta Platform Data Disclosure

1. What we access

Rewivo only asks for access when you choose a feature that needs it:

• Sign in with Facebook (public_profile, email): your Facebook user ID, name, profile picture and email address, to create and sign in to your Rewivo account.
• Facebook Pages, when you connect a Page in Rewivo's Platform page: your Facebook user ID and, for each Page you choose, its ID, name, username, link, picture, your tasks on it and a Page access token, to list your Pages and publish reels, videos, photos, text and link posts, stories and first comments to them.
• Instagram, when you connect a professional (business or creator) account: its ID, username, name, profile picture, account type and an access token, to publish reels, posts, carousels, stories and first comments to it.
• Threads, when you connect a profile: its ID, username, name, profile picture and an access token, to publish posts and set who can reply.
• What we publish: the IDs, links and status of posts Rewivo publishes for you, so you can see whether each one went live.

We do not read your private messages, your friends or followers lists, or posts Rewivo did not publish.

2. How we use it

• Only to provide the features you use: signing you in, showing your connected accounts, and publishing the content you choose, at the time you choose.
• We do not sell, license or buy Platform Data, and we do not use it for advertising.
• We do not use Platform Data to develop, improve or train generalised AI or machine-learning models.
• People at Rewivo do not read your Platform Data, except with your explicit consent for a specific support request, when needed for security or abuse investigations, or to comply with the law.

3. How we store and share it

• Access tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256) on our servers, sent only over encrypted connections (TLS), and used only by Rewivo's publishing service.
• We share Platform Data only with the service providers that run Rewivo (hosting and infrastructure, and the AI provider when you ask the AI assistant about your accounts or schedules), under written agreements that let them use it only to provide Rewivo, and when the law requires it.
• Content you publish is sent to Facebook, Instagram or Threads on your behalf, as you asked.

4. How long we keep it

We keep Platform Data only while the account is connected to your workspace (or, for Sign in with Facebook, while you have a Rewivo account). When you disconnect an account or ask us to delete your data, we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it. When you remove Rewivo in your Meta settings, we delete the account's access token right away and the account shows as Revoked in your workspace until you disconnect it.

5. Data deletion instructions

You can delete the data Rewivo has from Facebook, Instagram or Threads in any of these ways:

1. In Rewivo: open your workspace, go to Platform, find the account under Connected accounts and press Disconnect. Rewivo deletes the account and its token.
2. On Facebook: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites (or Business integrations for Pages), find Rewivo and press Remove.
3. On Instagram: go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites (or Business integrations), find Rewivo and press Remove.
4. On Threads: go to Settings → Account → Website permissions, find Rewivo and press Remove.
5. By email: write to [email protected] from your account's email address, or use the contact page, to delete your Rewivo account and all of its data.

When you remove Rewivo on Facebook, Instagram or Threads, Meta notifies us and we revoke the account and delete its token. Meta then shows you a confirmation code and a link to check the status of your request. Posts already published stay on Facebook, Instagram or Threads; delete them there if you no longer want them.
