Rewivo
TikTok Data Disclosure
Last updated: November 4, 2026
This page explains what information Rewivo receives from TikTok, how we use it, and how you can delete it. Rewivo uses TikTok Login Kit and the TikTok Content Posting API in line with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service.
1. What we access
Rewivo only asks for access when you choose a feature that needs it:
- Sign in with TikTok (
user.info.basic): your TikTok user ID (open ID), display name and profile picture, to create and sign in to your Rewivo account. TikTok does not give us your email address or phone number, and we do not keep a TikTok access token for sign-in. - Connecting a TikTok account to publish (
user.info.basic,user.info.profile): your open ID, display name, username, profile picture and profile link, to show the connected account and link to your posts. - Publishing (
video.publish,video.upload): an access token and a refresh token, to post the videos and photos you schedule directly to your profile or send them to your TikTok inbox as drafts. Right before each post we read your creator settings (available privacy levels, maximum video length, and whether comments, Duet and Stitch are turned off) to apply them; we do not store them. - What we publish: the publish ID, post ID, link and status of posts Rewivo publishes for you, so you can see whether each one went live.
We do not read your messages, followers, likes, watch history, or videos Rewivo did not publish.
2. How we use it
- Only to provide the features you use: signing you in, showing your connected accounts, and publishing the content you choose, with the caption, privacy level and settings you choose, at the time you choose.
- Rewivo never posts without your action: every post comes from a clip or post you scheduled, or an auto-schedule you set up.
- We do not sell, license or buy TikTok data, and we do not use it for advertising.
- We do not use TikTok data to develop, improve or train generalised AI or machine-learning models.
- People at Rewivo do not read your TikTok data, except with your explicit consent for a specific support request, when needed for security or abuse investigations, or to comply with the law.
3. How we store and share it
- Access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256) on our servers, sent only over encrypted connections (TLS), and used only by Rewivo's publishing service.
- We share TikTok data only with the service providers that run Rewivo (hosting and infrastructure, and the AI provider when you ask the AI assistant about your accounts or schedules), under written agreements that let them use it only to provide Rewivo, and when the law requires it.
- Content you publish is sent to TikTok on your behalf, as you asked. TikTok may take a few minutes to process a post before it appears on your profile.
4. How long we keep it
We keep data from a connected TikTok account only while it is connected to your workspace, and the TikTok sign-in link only while it is linked to your Rewivo account. When you disconnect, or ask us to delete your data, we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it. When you remove Rewivo in TikTok, TikTok notifies us and we delete the account's tokens right away; the account shows as Revoked in your workspace until you disconnect it.
5. Data deletion instructions
You can delete the data Rewivo has from TikTok in any of these ways:
- Publishing account: open your workspace, go to Platform, find the TikTok account under Connected accounts and press Disconnect. Rewivo deletes the account and its tokens.
- Sign-in link: go to My Account → Connections and press Disconnect on TikTok.
- On TikTok: go to Profile → Menu → Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services permissions, choose Rewivo and press Remove access.
- By email: write to [email protected], or use the contact page, to delete your Rewivo account and all of its data. If you signed up with TikTok and have no email on your account, tell us your Rewivo display name and TikTok username.
Posts already published stay on TikTok; delete them in the TikTok app if you no longer want them.
6. Your content on TikTok
What you publish through Rewivo must follow the TikTok Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Music Usage Confirmation. TikTok decides how posts are reviewed and who can see them. Rewivo is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.
